Helping businesses find a new vision for the new normal
2020 left the business world in complete disarray. 46% of small businesses in Asia Pacific were forced to close. Sales dropped 75% for companies in Singapore. And more than ever, business leaders felt lost. They needed help right away and technology was the key.
With its mission to empower every organization to achieve more through technology, how did Microsoft - the world’s largest software company - help business leaders find their way forward?
Business leaders needed a new vision. So Microsoft came up with ReEnvision, APAC’s largest digital-only thought leadership summit, to help them with the right tools to better connect with their customers, and equip their people and organizations.
Bringing ReEnvision to life
We delivered a coordinated response by pulling together the best thinking and practices on navigating the new normal. We gathered 56 business and tech leaders across different sectors to share their learnings on topics ranging from survival to adapting to recovery. We live-streamed a series of keynotes, fireside chats and breakout sessions across 7 markets and in 5 languages. And we also showcased Microsoft tools to help the executive audience digitally transform their organizations.
From designing the virtual event lobby and recreating a morning show on set to inviting and inspiring business leaders across digital and social channels, we helped Microsoft’s marquee event for business decision makers go digital.

ReEnvision successfully connected regional business leaders to much needed tools and support. It drew 2.4 million business viewers from which 79% of them were very satisfied with the digital experience. The average view duration was 85 minutes, exceeding ON24 platform’s 2020 benchmark. And more than 2,300 business leaders attended the event in its entirety, surpassing ON24’s average per webinar.
ReEnvision not only raised the bar for large-scale virtual B2B events, it gave business leaders a renewed sense of belief and optimism to guide their organizations forward.
