Offering highly contextualized offers to Mastercard cardholders across 15 markets, Priceless Specials platform is a B2B2C digital platform that provides an efficient and cost-effective process to manage robust contents within a centralized offer management and API for partners (i.e. the Banks) to distribute while maintaining a single user experience.

The Offer Engine: Sending the right offers to the right cardholders

Powered by the custom-built Offer Engine, the backend architecture manages robust content repository and centralized offer database, with a bespoke Content Management System and translation tool allowing non-technical marketing individuals to author and published hundreds of offer pages across 15 markets in a matter of minutes. The platform built-in APIs for Mastercard’s partners i.e. the banks and merchants, to pull contents and market them on their existing digital properties such as websites, WeChat, and mobile applications.

Users simply indicate their Mastercard, and Priceless Specials does the rest, dynamically selecting the right offers available for that cardholder from an inventory of over 10,000 merchant offers across APAC.

Since launch in March 2019, Priceless Specials has garnered more than 2 million page views and +700,000 unique visitors within 5 months. The Offer Engine has reduced operation redundancy by 50% and improved speed-to-market by 500%.
