Recognizing that chefs were passionate about the culinary arts but were often less experienced at the science of running a restaurant, the Chefmanship Academy epitomized the brand's evolution from being a supplier of quality professional ingredients to that of a trusted partner for commercial success. 

The always-on platform spans websites, CRM, mobile and digital media with its 12 education modules covering 165 topics in 65 articles and over 400 recipes generating 117% increase in traffic to owned media, and a 283% increase in subscriptions.
